1. Agreement and eligibility
By accessing Faclix or creating a merchant account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into a contract and have authority to act for the business using the service.
2. The service
Faclix provides ecommerce storefront software and related tools under the plan selected at checkout. Features, product limits, staff access, price, billing period, and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page and checkout. We may update or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
3. Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account details, keeping credentials secure, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for your products and claims, prices, taxes, fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with laws that apply to your store. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and personal data you upload. You are responsible for publishing your own customer-facing terms, privacy, shipping, and return policies.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Faclix to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, mislead or defraud customers, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or sell prohibited goods. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a security risk, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
5. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Plan charges, billing currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, and renewal details are presented at checkout. Monthly and annual prices may differ. Payment processing providers may apply their own terms or fees. Faclix platform commission is 0% where stated on the plan page; this does not include third-party payment provider charges or applicable taxes.
To stop a future renewal, contact [email protected] before the next billing date and include your account email and store name. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise. Refunds are addressed in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
6. Ownership and permission to use content
You keep your rights to the content and materials you submit. You give Faclix permission to host, process, and display them as needed to operate your store and provide the service. Faclix and its licensors retain their rights in the platform, software, and branding. These terms do not transfer ownership of either party’s intellectual property.
7. Third-party services
Payment gateways, shipping providers, domains, and other integrations may have separate terms and privacy practices. Faclix does not control those services, and you are responsible for reviewing their terms and configuring them for your store.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided subject to the consumer, privacy, and other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Faclix does not guarantee that the service will meet every business requirement or remain available without interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes will apply from the date stated with the updated terms, subject to applicable law. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms where such acceptance is legally effective.
