1. Who this policy covers
“Faclix”, “we”, or “us” means the operator of faclix.com and the Faclix ecommerce service. This policy covers visitors, people who contact us, and merchants who use Faclix. A merchant’s own storefront customers should also read that merchant’s privacy notice.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us about setup or plans, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, store or brand name, product type, catalog size, team size, and message. We use a short-lived session and security token to protect these forms.
Our hosting provider may record technical request data such as IP address, date and time, browser information, and the page requested in server logs. If you use the merchant service, Faclix may process store configuration, products, orders, and customer information to provide that service.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and support the service, maintain account and store operations, secure the site, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and handle billing or service requests.
If the site’s hosting or content delivery provider supplies a country code derived from your IP address, we use it to select an initial currency display. The currency choice may be saved in your browser’s local storage. INR and USD plan prices are separate list prices; the display selection does not calculate one from the other.
4. Merchant and customer data
Merchants remain responsible for the personal information they collect from their own customers, including providing required notices, choosing a lawful basis, and responding to customer requests. Faclix processes that information to operate the merchant’s store and provide platform features. The merchant’s own terms and privacy notice govern its relationship with its customers.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with service providers that host the site or platform, deliver email, process payments, or help us provide support. They may process information on our behalf for those purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for third-party advertising.
Payment details entered on a separate checkout or payment provider page are handled by that provider under its own privacy terms. Do not send card numbers or passwords through our contact forms.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to handle the purpose for which it was collected, operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain required records, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by data type and account status.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and requests
You can change the displayed currency using the currency selector. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you submitted, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law requires or permits it.
8. Children and external services
Faclix is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Our pages may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
